Attorney Breg was born in Fort Knox, Kentucky and grew up in Southbury. He currently resides in Watertown and practices out of the firm’s Southbury Office.  Attorney Breg practices in the areas of estate planning and probate administration with experience in the local probate courts. As a professional member of PLAN of Connecticut, Attorney Breg counsels individuals with special needs and advises them about special needs trusts. Attorney Breg also practices in the area of real estate.
